  • Care is provided regardless of insurance coverage

  • We do not turn away patients for inability to pay

For patients with health coverage, we accept the following:

  • Commercial/employer-provided insurance

  • Medicaid

  • Medicare

Sliding fee discounts

Sliding fee discounts are available for both uninsured and underinsured patients. Your income and household size will determine the discount you receive. The discounts are applied to the cost of your visit and most on-site lab services. Click an area of care below to see what discount you qualify for.
